Exchange Process

- Approval: Our Team will inspect the video for exchange with reason being defected product and approve the exchange request.
- Shipping : Once your exchange request is approved by our team, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the same address & the new desired product will be shipped once we receive the product picked up from you.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products mentioned as non-returnable.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or weekend sales.

No, you will not have to pay for return shipping, instead we request you to record a video when you open/unbox the package upon receipt and submit the same as proof when requesting a return/refund for defected & damaged products. We will arrange for a pick up. you can also request a replacement by requesting an exchange with reason – damaged product.

Our products are crafted to standard sizing. We highly recommend referring to our “Size Chart” available on every product page for accuracy.
Each product comes with detailed care instructions. As a general rule, we recommend machine wash in cold water putting the clothes inside out and avoiding bleach. Also do not dry in direct sunlight, dry in a shaded area. And avoid ironing on printed areas/prints.
