Easy Exchange: Exchanges are available upto 3 Days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are available for size changes or for products with manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit . A video must be recorded while opening the delivered package, which can be later submitted as proof, for the defected or damaged product. Only one exchange per product is allowed. Exchanges are available on select pincodes only. Once your exchange request is approved by our team, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the same address & the new desired product will be shipped once we receive the product picked up from you.
Easy Return: Returns are available upto 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns are only available for products with manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit. A video must be recorded while opening the delivered package, which can be later submitted as proof, for returning a product and claiming a refund on the product. No returns will be approved without a recorded unboxing video. Once your return request is approved by our team, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the same address. Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed. You will receive the amount via the same mode of payment which you used to purchase within 5-14 business days.
