At Knot Over It, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made the return and exchange process hassle-free. Please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned or exchanged within [3] days of receiving your order.
- Package opening/unboxing recorded video as proof to be submitted, for the defected or damaged products.
- Returns are only available for products with manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit.
- Exchanges are only available for size changes or for products with manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit.
- Products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Items marked for “Weekend Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Only one exchange per product is allowed.
- Exchanges are available on select pincodes only.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products mentioned as non-returnable.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or weekend sales.
Return Process
- Initiate the Return: Use the chat with us feature on the homepage to make a return request.
- Approval: Our Team will inspect the video and approve the return request.
- Shipping: Once your return request is approved by our team, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the same address.
Exchange Process
- Request an Exchange: Use the chat with us feature on the homepage to make an exchange request.
- Approval: Our Team will inspect the video for exchange with reason being defected product and approve the exchange request.
- Shipping : Once your exchange request is approved by our team, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the same address & the new desired product will be shipped once we receive the product picked up from you.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within [5-14 business days].
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can excahnge the product with submittting a package opening/unboxing video as proof. We will arrange for a replacement.
