7. Returns and Refunds

A video must be recorded while opening the delivered package, which can be later submitted as proof, for returning a product and claiming a refund on the product. No returns will be approved without a recorded unboxing video. Once your return request is approved by our team, our delivery partner will pick up the product from the same address. Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed. You will receive the amount via the same mode of payment which you used to purchase within 5-14 business days or the time your bank takes to process the payment back to your card or account.
